Description: Failed digital projects in the public sector are a favorite topic for headlines, which unfortunately overshadows many significant successes. Effective digital service transformations start with concentrated user research and design, and by putting the user at the center of the process. This session will include several examples and case studies of successful customer and employee service innovation using user-centered design, including the Ontario Digital Service, the City of Boston, and the University of California.
