Welcome to the Alliance 2019 Conference Registration! See below for the options that are available in order to complete the registration process. IMPORTANT – Before registering for the conference, you NEED TO complete your hotel reservations and obtain your hotel confirmation number in order to receive the Early Bird registration rate. Attendees not booking through the official housing link or staying at an official Alliance 2019 Conference hotel will be charged the Regular registration rate. Click here to make your hotel reservations.

You need a HEUG/PSUG user account in order to register for the conference. If the website brings you to an option that says "We cannot find a member with the last name/email address combination that was entered.", you must first create a user account. You can request one here.

VENDOR/SPONSORS – Vendors do not require a login ID but you MUST use the vendor code that was sent to your company's key contact – to register as a vendor/sponsor, simply click on "Register as a Vendor/Sponsor" below. It is recommended that if you do have a HEUG login, to be logged in when registering so your registration links to your profile.

If you are an International Member but do not see the International Discounted Rate, please update your address in your profile.
