Description:  We will explore Digital Marketing in Higher Education, the constituent approach across the lifecycle and using Seneca College's implementation of Oracle Marketing Cloud - Eloqua solution to provide a first-hand context and examples on how to embrace for recruitment.

It’s important to design and lead by example from the constituents perspective and so the approach relies upon fundamental user centric design and user journey’s to replicate and implement into the marketing strategy. We will look at the approaches and then touch on the lessons learned and key considerations to enable effective recruitment in Higher Education. Key considerations to the approach will touch upon the initial user experience, training and change management.
