Description:  New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) had been using a paper based, in-person program registration process for many years and the institution was facing challenges with registration and backfilling of seats. In partnership with Deloitte, the college decided to implement Student Activity Guide functionality to address these challenges and to make the registration process easier, more accessible and simpler for incoming students. This session will discuss the solutions that were a part of the project.
At the heart of the solution is the newly created Program Registration Activity Guide Master Template, which consists of both delivered and custom components. For notifications, 3C’s were utilized for all registration related messages.
