What is C-Suite?

Curated specifically for CIOs, VPs and cabinet members, this invite-only track allows strategic leaders to convene, learn, collaborate and problem solve together - with the future in mind.

Each session starts with a 20 minute interactive panel discussion that sets the stage for the conversation to follow. This interactive discussion is designed to get your thoughts going on a given topic as you hear from peer leaders on how they are tackling the matter on their campus.

The rest of the session transitions to round-table discussion, ideation and problem solving with expert facilitators helping bubble up the best ideas and solutions from each table for the benefit of the larger group. Come hear from peers who are doing innovative things on their campus, and share some of your wins and frustrations within a trusted network of professionals.

Each session ends with practical next steps you can take back to your institution.

In this working session we’ll tackle discussion around barriers to digital transformation, challenges to silo’d technology, and strategies to integrate and standardize data, and design a staffing strategy rooted in reality.
