A listing of important dates leading up to the Alliance 2017 conference for all participating exhibitors follows. The list is updated as new information becomes available so please check back often!

8/8/2016 Call for Proposals Opens
10/7/2016 Call for Proposals Closes
11/2/2016 Agenda released and Housing Opens
11/9/2016 Registration Opens
12/9/16 Exhibitor Kit Released
1/6/2017 Early Bird Registration Closes
1/7/2017 Advanced registration rates begin, Full Conference and Exhibit Hall Only
1/20/17 Artwork for Coupon Book is Due. Email to Jennifer Tucker at jtucker@heug.org.
1/20/17 Vendor Submission is Due.
2/4/2017 Late registration rates begin, Full Conference and Exhibit Hall Only
2/7/2017 Pre-Conference attendee list sent to all Alliance vendors (except Small Vendors). You will receive 2 lists. One is of attendees asking to be contacted via email and the other is attendees asking to be contacted via regular mail. You will get the email address included in the contact information for those that want to be contacted via email. For the other one, you will get contact info without the email address.

2/27/2017 On-site registration rates begin, Full Conference and Exhibit Hall Only
2/27/2017 8:00am - 4:00pm Exhibitor Move-in.
All booths must be set-up by 5:00pm
2/27/2017 6:30pm - 9:00pm Exhibit Hall Open. Opening Reception to be held in Exhibit Hall.
2/28/2017 9:00am - 3:45pm Exhibit Hall Open
The Tuesday afternoon break will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 3:00-3:45pm
2/28/2017 6:00pm - Vendor Night-Vendors free to schedule parties
3/1/2017 9:00am - 3:45pm Exhibit Hall Open
The Wednesday afternoon break will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 3:00-3:45pm
3/1/2017 3:45pm - 9:00pm Exhibit Hall Open/Exhibitor Move Out
Absolutely no tear-down of booths allowed prior to 3:45pm
