Valley Metro

Conference Accessibility Features at Alliance 2024

  • Accessible Venue: The Phoenix Convention Center is an accessible venue, with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms available throughout the building. You can learn more about their accessibility policy, including emergency evacuations at https://www.phoenixconventioncenter.com/ada-accessibility

  • American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation: Sign language interpreters can be requested at a max of 8 hours per day, Monday – Wednesday. Sunday requests are only available to those attending the Conference Workshops and/or the Welcome Reception. If you are interested in ASL services, contact support@alliance-conference.com by Mon, February 19, 2024. Requests after this date cannot be guaranteed.

  • Real-time captioning: Real-time captioning will be provided, through Wordly, for all conference presentations. Captioning will only be available to view through a mobile phone or computer and will not appear on the presentation screen.

  • Service Animals: Service Animals for guests with disabilities are permitted in the Phoenix Convention Center. Documentation may be requested from the convention center. All other animals, including emotional support animals are prohibited.

City of Phoenix Accessibility Resources:

  • Accessible Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available in most public parking garages and lots throughout the city. Look for the blue and white "Accessible Parking" signs.

  • Dial-a-Ride: The Dial-a-Ride service is available to seniors and those with disabilities daily from 4 a.m. to 12 a.m. by calling 602-253-4000 or visiting the website for reservations or scheduling.
