After a quick welcome from our executive director and our board president, you’ll experience 3 powerful TED-style 18-20 minute talks from three innovative minds in higher education. From the future of learning, to the future of technology, and the future of leading teams through change, you’ll put on a “C-Suite Mindset” as you embark on your Alliance24 journey. As questions pop up in your mind during each talk, we’ll gather those to ask the HEUGx Talkers in TownHall later in the morning.

In this TownHall, we'll delve into often overlooked discussions: identifying effective strategies based on past successes and failures. Many institutions struggle to meet expectations and are underwhelmed with the outcomes. This is often due to foundational blocks not being properly set up— a lack of adequate planning and support. We bring together top industry leaders who play various strategic roles in providing insights and advice.

Campus Spotlight: This is a surprise!
The MainStage Crew will be selecting one of the 225 sessions taking place over the 3 days of Alliance and “Upgrading” them to present at Mainstage. We’ll announce the winner on Monday morning, so stay tuned to see if your topic gets the most votes from the Mainstage Crew.

Where is Mainstage?
Once you arrive at the venue, you won’t miss Mainstage. It’s located directly in the Exhibit Hall.
Is there an additional fee to attend Mainstage events?
No. Your registration includes all the fun at Mainstage.
It looks like there are sessions running at the same time as some Mainstage events. Is that a mistake?
Good observation, but it’s not a mistake. We’ve programmed Mainstage so you always have a great alternative in the event you don’t have a “must attend” session to go to.
It looks like there are some Mainstage events that are running with no other programming option at that time. Is that right?
Yes! HEUGx and TownHall 1 on Monday, and TownHall 3 on Tuesday run as solo events on the Alliance24 agenda. Plan on attending those 3 events at a minimum at Mainstage, but we invite you to check out the rest of the agenda and pop in at any time.
Are there any vendors/pitches going on at Mainstage?
No. Mainstage is content, collaboration, and learning only. You can meet and connect with vendors in the exhibit hall.
