Description:  The University of Colorado not too long ago implemented Oracle Secure Enterprise Search. We have come across various issues since our SES architecture is different from what Oracle recommended and that we setup everything on SSL but we've overcome all. One example is below:
- Our infrastructure team recently updated the ciphers on the load balancer because the new ones are more secure and the old ones will soon be no longer supported by web browsers. SES by default didn't like this and, we, after quite a lot of research found the fix to enable JSSE in the weblogic console to accommodate this change.

We also have a solid/easy procedure for SES when any peoplesoft db is refreshed. We can provide valuable information on how to have a stable/low maintenance 3 tier SES Architecture with database running in a RAC Cluster.
