Description:  The PCM test kitchen provides a fire-proof environment in which to test out hot tools and techniques that support project and change management.

Participants watch demos of several creations – including delicious products in the fields of change facilitation, communication, and technology/efficiency. Recipe cards assist participants in cooking up new treats when they return to their home kitchens.
