Description:  1 - List Upload. There are some populations that are just plain difficult to reach using criteria in profiles. Our users can now upload a file of Emplid (Student ID"s) directly into Audience builder for these communications.
2 - PeopleSoft out-of-the-box does not have an integration with the Relationship table in Campus Solutions, where most of CU's parent data is stored. Thus, for many years, our Admissions Marketing staff has been using a painful workaround to communicate with parents of prospects and applicants. This year, we built a process to pull this data into CRM and can now send communications to both parents and potential students on a coordinated schedule; while also saving many hours of time spent on a tedious workaround.
3 - Dynamic QAS (remote query). QAS is great for building and sending communications to audiences based on data from queries in Campus Solutions . . . but out-of-the-box; is only available with Fixed Audiences. This really limited our ability to fully utilize the QAS tool at CU because most communications we send are recurring and are based on date criteria. So again we built a customization to gain the functionality our users need. We will discuss in detail our solution to build this exciting custom functionality.
