Description:  National University has implemented the Employee Forms Framework which allows functional staff to create and change electronic forms without IT development. The framework allows for flexible routings, approvals, and automated emails for simple forms. Examples of forms that have been implemented using the framework include business card order forms, course development contract request forms, applications for tuition waivers, and VPN access requests.
