- Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all activities related to the purview of the Office of the University Registrar. Areas of responsibility include academic records, NCAA athletic eligibility, certification of veterans, commencement, grades, graduation clearance, registration, residency classification, student verifications, course catalog, classroom scheduling and development of the master schedule of course offerings
- Supervise thirteen (6) professional and twenty-three (23) support staff members.
- Manage a budget totaling over 1.6 million dollars
- Participate as an advisor to faculty, deans, directors, chairpersons, advisors and students in matters unique to the University Registrar's purview
- Participate in the establishment of the academic calendar
- Participate in the establishment of the academic policies and procedures
- Prepare, review, and make decisions on contract bids for services Office of the University Registrar
- Prepare, review, and make decisions on purchase contracts in the Office of the University Registrar
- Supervise computer upgrades in the Office of the University Registrar
- Directed the implementation of the People Soft Student systems for the Office of the University Registrar
- Served as chair of the LionPATH Steering Committee
- Serve on various implementation and post implementation committees
- Serve as the University Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Officer
- Work closely with the Information Technology areas at the University

Position: University Registrar 2005 to 2013
- Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all activities related to the purview of the Office of the Registrar. Areas of responsibility include academic records, NCAA athletic eligibility, certification of veterans, commencement, grades, graduation clearance, registration, residency classification, student verifications, course catalog, classroom scheduling and development of the master schedule of course offerings
